Job Description:

  • We are seeking a highly skilled Product Operations Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for managing, updating, and configuring digital product platforms, ensuring seamless interactions with providers to resolve technical issues and optimize systems.
  • The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical skills, with the ability to collect, process, and present data related to product usage and customer behavior.
  • This role involves handling contract management and renewals, as well as coordinating with the learning team to develop training materials for our digital platforms.
  • The Product Operations Specialist will also be responsible for creating customer lists for win-back, retention, and saving offers, as well as developing sales scripts to support the promotion of new pricing plans.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in product operations or a related field.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills in both Greek and English.
  • Analytical thinking with the ability to draw conclusions based on data.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with suppliers and internal teams.
