Job Title: Shift Production Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled Shift Production Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of our production wing during shift hours.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and control production activities to ensure smooth operation of the production wing.
  • Implement written procedures and instructions to maintain quality standards.
  • Monitor production program execution for efficiency improvements.
  • Create standard or ad-hoc reports to track shift performance indicators.
  • Initiate or participate in actions to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
  • Propose corrective and improvement actions related to production processes.

Requirements:

  • Chemical Engineering or Chemistry degree; postgraduate degree is an asset.
  • At least 1 year experience in a similar role within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Excellent PC skills (MS Office) and ERP knowledge (SAP).
  • Fluent English language skills.
  • Ability to work on shifts.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Task management and prioritization abilities.
  • Flexibility and adaptability.
  • Commitment to achieving qualitative and quantitative goals.
  • Effective communication and team management skills.
