Job Title: Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a professional and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys helping others, working in a fast-paced environment, and providing exceptional service to customers.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to effectively handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.

In addition to providing excellent customer service, the successful candidate will also be responsible for promoting additional products or services to existing customers based on their needs and interests.

About the Role:

This is a full-time position that requires the ability to work consistently overnight shifts. The selected candidate will be required to be available to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in customer service and possess a high school diploma or equivalent educational background. Additionally, they will have strong proficiency in English (C1 level) and be competent in navigating computer systems and commonly used software applications.

Responsibilities:
  • Handle inbound customer inquiries for a leading retail client
  • Deliver accurate and complete information by utilizing appropriate tools, resources, and established procedures
  • Promote additional products or services to existing customers based on their needs and interests
Requirements:
  • Fluent/Native in English (C1 level), with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication
  • Prior experience in customer service is preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent educational background
  • Competence in navigating computer systems and commonly used software applications
