Product Launch Specialist

- Develop an annual marketing plan to achieve business objectives
- Support the development and implementation of new product launches or relaunches and contribute to commercial strategic planning through instore activation programs
- Brief advertising agencies for designing instore activation programs and lead their implementation
- Prepare monthly promotional directions & ensure alignment between marketing and sales teams
- Present trade marketing initiatives & promo effectiveness in monthly sales meetings
- Monitor competitors' promotions and pricing as well as instore activations
- Lead the process of designing and implementing all instore visibility projects, including tools and point-of-purchase materials, and support tailor-made initiatives
- Brief suppliers for designing sales tools (racks, point-of-purchase materials) to support instore activation programs, tailor-made activities, and new product launches
- Evaluate current and propose new innovative sales tools (racks, point-of-purchase materials, sales organizers etc.)
- Coordinate the purchase and distribution of sales tools and point-of-purchase materials to support sales teams timely
- Propose pack solutions to meet shopper needs, address occasions, and hit key price points
- Participate in post-promotion evaluation (effectiveness, profitability, NRR) to correct course on product promotion and pricing strategy
- Propose budget allocation per brand/initiative and maximize spending effectiveness
- Monitor budgets and perform reconciliations on a monthly basis.
- Unlock cost efficiencies at instore promotions and PoP materials
