Ο HR Manager είναι ο βασικός επαγγελματίας που είναι υπεύθυνος για τη διαχείριση του ανθρώπινου δυναμικού της εταιρείας. Σε αυτή τη θέση, θα σας εμπιστευούν με την ευθύνη να διαχειρίζετε τους φακέλους και τις βάσεις δεδομένων του προσωπικού, συμπεριλαμβανομένων των προσλήψεων και αποχωρήσεων, άδειες και αναγκαία έγγραφα.

Αρμοδιότητες:
  • Τήρηση φακέλων εργαζομένων και εκπαιδεύσεις
  • Ενημέρωση των νέων υπαλλήλων για την κουλτούρα της εταιρείας
  • Καταγραφή στοιχείων και σύνταξη αναφορών προς τη Διοίκηση
  • Διευθέτηση θεμάτων προσωπικού
  • Σύνταξη και δημοσίευση αγγελιών εργασίας


Απαιτήσεις:
  • Πτυχίο ΤΕΙ/ΑΕΙ στη Διοίκηση Επιχειρήσεων ή παρεμφερές πεδίο
  • Άριστη γνώση της αγγλικής γλώσσας
  • Γνώσεις και χρήση Η/Υ (Microsoft Office)
  • Ισχυρές επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες και οργανωτικές ικανότητες
