Η εταιρεία ΣΙΟΝΤΗΣ Ν. Α.Ε. έχοντας 40 χρόνια εμπειρίας στο χώρο του λιανεμπορίου, κατατάσσεται ανάμεσα στις 5 μεγαλύτερες αλυσίδες του τομέα της στην Ελλάδα, με 16 καταστήματα και περισσότερα από 150 άτομα στο προσωπικό της.
Η αναπτυξιακή πορεία της εταιρίας και οι συνεχώς αυξανόμενες απαιτήσεις της, επιβάλλουν την στελέχωση της Ομάδας του τμήματος HR. Στα πλαίσια της αναβάθμισης του τμήματος προχωρά στην πρόσκληση ενδιαφέροντος για την θέση του:
**HR Manager**:
Σχετικές Αρμοδιότητες:
- Εύρεση και επιλογή κατάλληλου προσωπικού για την στελέχωση των τμημάτων της εταιρίας
- Στήσιμο του οργανογράμματος της εταιρείας
- Καταγραφή των διαδικασιών στα τμήματα της εταιρείας
- Παρατήρηση και καταγραφή των αρμοδιοτήτων των εργαζομένων
- Έλεγχος τήρησης των διαδικασιών της εταιρείας στα επιμέρους τμήματα
- Προτάσεις βελτίωσης των διαδικασιών και του workflow στη Διοίκηση της εταιρείας
- Συντήρηση προγράμματος μισθοδοσίας
- Επίβλεψη και διαχείριση ενός συστήματος αξιολόγησης απόδοσης που οδηγεί σε υψηλές επιδόσεις
- Έλεγχος αναγκών των τμημάτων σε ανθρώπινο δυναμικό
- Επίβλεψη της διαδικασίας των προσλήψεων
- Καταγραφή προβλημάτων στη λειτουργία της εταιρείας και προτάσεις λύσεων στη Διοίκηση
Οι Υποψήφιοι θα πρέπει να διαθέτουν:
- Πτυχίο Α.Ε.Ι./Τ.Ε.Ι. με εξειδίκευση στο HR
- Άριστη γνώση της Εργατικής και Ασφαλιστικής Νομοθεσίας και συνεχής ενημέρωση των εξελίξεών της
- Γνώση συστημάτων και βάσεων δεδομένων Ανθρώπινου Δυναμικού
- Αποδεδειγμένη εργασιακή εμπειρία σε ρόλο HR Manager 5 ετών
- Άριστη γνώση Αγγλικών (γνώση επιπλέον ξένων γλωσσών θα εκτιμηθεί)
- Άριστη γνώση Η/Υ, MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), HRMS
- Άριστες οργανωτικές και επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες
- Δυνατότητα χάραξης στρατηγικής και ηγετικές δεξιότητες
- Ανθρωποκεντρική προσέγγιση
- Ικανότητα διαχείρισης ευαίσθητων πληροφοριών
