Ο/Η κατάλληλος/η υποψήφιος/α θα είναι υπεύθυνος/η για την ανάπτυξη και εφαρμογή στρατηγικών HR που υποστηρίζουν τους στόχους της εταιρείας και προάγουν ένα θετικό εργασιακό περιβάλλον.

Κύριες Αρμοδιότητες

  • Σχεδιασμός και υλοποίηση στρατηγικής HR
  • Διαχείριση διαδικασιών προσλήψεων & επιλογής προσωπικού
  • Εποπτεία αξιολόγησης απόδοσης και ανάπτυξης στελεχών
  • Διαχείριση εργασιακών σχέσεων και επίλυση θεμάτων προσωπικού
  • Συμμόρφωση με την εργατική νομοθεσία και τις πολιτικές της εταιρείας
  • Υποστήριξη της εταιρικής κουλτούρας και των προγραμμάτων εκπαίδευσης

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

  • Πτυχίο Ανθρωπίνων Πόρων, Διοίκησης Επιχειρήσεων ή συναφούς αντικειμένου
  • Άριστη γνώση εργατικής νομοθεσίας
  • Ικανότητα επικοινωνίας και διαχείρισης ομάδων
  • Πολύ καλή γνώση Αγγλικών και MS Office

Επιθυμητά Προσόντα

  • Μεταπτυχιακός τίτλος σε HR ή Management
  • Εμπειρία σε δυναμικά αναπτυσσόμενες εταιρείες
