HR MANAGER
**Καθήκοντα**:
Ανεύρεση προσωπικού (αξιολόγηση βιογραφικών, συνεντεύξεις)
Ολοκληρωμένη διαχείριση του αρχείου των υπαλλήλων (έντυπα / ψηφιακά)
Αναφορές προς τη διοίκηση (προσλήψεις, εκπαίδευση, κάλυψη θέσεων)
Διαχείριση ανθρωπίνου δυναμικού (άδειες, απουσίες)
Αξιολόγηση δεξιοτήτων ανθρωπίνου δυναμικού
Συμμετοχή στην έκδοση μισθοδοσίας (σε συνεργασία με την οικονομική διεύθυνση)
Ηλεκτρονική υποβολή στην Εργάνη (πίνακας προσωπικού, άδειες)
Διαχείριση εκπαίδευσης προσωπικού (ΛΑΕΚ, κ.λ.π.)
Ανάπτυξη τμήματος HR (στελέχωση, στόχοι, αξιολόγηση)
Παρακολούθηση προϋπολογισμού
**Προσόντα**:
Πτυχίο ΑΕΙ ή ΤΕΙ Οικονομικών / Διοίκησης Επιχειρήσεων/ Διοίκησης Ανθρωπίνου Δυναμικού
Επιθυμητός ο μεταπτυχιακός τίτλος
Προϋπηρεσία τουλάχιστον 5 ετών σε αντίστοιχη θέση ευθύνης
Άριστη γνώση εργατικής νομοθεσίας, μισθοδοσίας, ΜS Office και αγγλικών
Εχεμύθεια, οργάνωση, άριστη επικοινωνία
