**HR MANAGER / ΥΠΕΥΘΥΝΟΣ ΔΙΑΧΕΙΡΙΣΗΣ ΑΝΘΡΩΠΙΝΟΥ ΔΥΝΑΜΙΚΟΥ**
H ΓΕΤΕ (GATS), Τεχνική Εταιρεία που δραστηριοποιείται στον χώρο της βιομηχανίας πετρελαίου και αερίου, παραγωγής ενέργειας και γενικών κατασκευαστικών έργων, αναζητά υπεύθυνο διαχείρισης ανθρώπινου δυναμικού για εργασία πλήρους απασχόλησης.
**Αρμοδιότητες**:
- Ενημερώνει τα αρχεία και τις βάσεις δεδομένων του προσωπικού (προσλήψεις-αποχωρήσεις, άδειες)
- Προετοιμάζει τους φακέλους και τα έγγραφα των νεοπροσληφθέντων
- Τήρηση φακέλων εργαζομένων-εκπαιδεύσεις
- Ενημερώνει τους νέους υπαλλήλους για την κουλτούρα της εταιρείας
- Καταγράφει στοιχεία και συντάσσει αναφορές προς τη Διοίκηση (σχετικά με τη στελέχωση, τις προσλήψεις, τους στόχους, την αξιολόγηση και τα αιτήματα του προσωπικού)
- Διευθέτηση θεμάτων προσωπικού
- Συντάσσει και δημοσιεύει αγγελίες εργασίας για την εύρεση προσωπικού
- Διεξαγωγή προγράμματος ένταξης νεοεισερχομένων
- Οργάνωση προσωπικού, παρακολούθηση αξιολογήσεων, βελτιστοποίηση παραγωγικής λειτουργίας
- Συνεργασία με τον Υπεύθυνο Ποιότητας σε θέματα κοινού ενδιαφέροντος (πιστοποιήσεις προσωπικού, προγραμματισμός εκπαιδεύσεων κλπ)
**Απαραίτητα προσόντα**:
- Πτυχίο ΤΕΙ/ΑΕΙ στη Διοίκηση Επιχειρήσεων, Οικονομικών ή παρεμφερούς πεδίου
- Άριστη γνώση της αγγλικής γλώσσας
- Άριστη γνώση και χρήση Η/Υ (Microsoft Office)
- Ισχυρές επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες
- Οργανωτικές ικανότητες και ομαδικό πνεύμα εργασίας
**Θα εκτιμηθεί**:
- Εξοικείωση με λογισμικά Human Resources Information Systems
- Προϋπηρεσία σε αντίστοιχη θέση
- Εξειδίκευση ή Μεταπτυχιακός τίτλος σπουδών στη Διοίκηση Ανθρώπινου
