Job Description

As a key member of our customer service team, you will provide exceptional support to Lithuanian-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat. Your primary tasks will include addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering outstanding service to ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Provide top-notch customer service to Lithuanian-speaking customers with a focus on quality and timeliness.
  • Handle customer inquiries promptly and effectively, ensuring a high level of satisfaction through efficient issue resolution.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of company products and services to assist customers accurately and make informed recommendations.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately in the company's CRM system for easy reference and analysis.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and customer experience by sharing best practices and providing feedback.
  • Participate in ongoing training sessions to continually grow your skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
  • Contribute to process improvements by offering constructive feedback and suggestions for enhancing customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Fluency in Lithuanian and English is required for effective communication with clients.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction and building strong relationships.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Prior experience in customer service is advantageous but not mandatory, with opportunities for growth and development.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and positive mindset with strong interpersonal skills, able to work collaboratively with colleagues and manage conflicts effectively.
  • Willingness to relocate to Greece and embrace a new culture, with a genuine passion for assisting customers and meeting their needs.
