">Περιγραφή της Θέσης

Είμαστε μια εταιρεία που προσφέρει ξενοδοχεία 5* στην Κρήτη και την Σαντορίνη, και αναζητάμε να συμπληρώσουμε την ομάδα μας με εξειδικευμένους λογιστές.

">Ο Ρόλος
  • ">
  • Θα ανταποκρίετε άμεσα στον Γενικό Διευθυντή, ενθαρρύνοντας την επίτευξη των στρατηγικών στόχων της εταιρείας">
  • Θα ετοιμάζετε και θα αναθεωράζετε τα ετήσια προϋπολογισμούς, τις μηνιαίες προβλέψεις και τα λειτουργικά αποτελέσματα">
  • Θα ελέγχουν ότι όλες οι οικονομικές αναφορές είναι ακριβείς και σύμφωνες με την υφιστάμενη νομοθεσία">
  • Θα συνεργάζετε με την ιδιοκτησία του ξενοδοχείου ή τον διευθύνοντα σύμβουλο της εταιρείας σχετικά με την οικονομική διαχείριση">
  • Θα καθορίζετε και θα εφαρμόζετε πολιτικές ελέγχου σύμφωνα με την εταιρική πολιτική">
  • Θα επεξεργάζετε και θα υποβάλλετε εγκαίρως management reports και επίσης θα διασφαλίζετε τις προθεσμίες παράδοσης">
  • Θα εφαρμόζετε αποτελεσματικά όλες τις πολιτικές και διαδικασίες του λογιστηρίου">
  • Θα διασφαλίζετε ένα ισχυρό περιβάλλον λογιστικού και επιχειρησιακού ελέγχου με στόχο την προστασία των περιουσιακών στοιχείων του ξενοδοχείου">
  • Θα υποστηρίζετε προληπτικά τις απαιτούμενες δραστηριότητες">
Συνθήκες Λειτουργίας

Η θέση αυτή προϋποθέτει πλήρη απασχόληση στην έδρα του κάθε ξενοδοχείου για το οποίο ο κάθε Financial Controller θα είναι υπεύθυνος. Η θέση δεν μπορεί να λειτουργήσει σε καθεστώς απομακρυσμένης εργασίας.

Κρήτη ή Σαντορίνη.

">Λιμένες και Υποχρεώσεις

- Υπεύθυνος για υποστήριξη και στενή συνεργασία με τον Γενικό Διευθυντή, με στόχο την επίτευξη των στρατηγικών στόχων του ξενοδοχείου
- Υπεύθυνος για την προετοιμασία και την αναθεώρηση των ετήσιων προϋπολογισμών, των μηνιαίων προβλέψεων και των λειτουργικών αποτελεσμάτων
- Υπεύθυνος για την επαλήθευση όλων των οικονομικών αναφορών και τη διασφάλιση ότι όλες οι συναλλαγές είναι ακριβείς και σύμφωνες με την υφιστάμενη νομοθεσία
- Συνεργασία με την ιδιοκτησία του ξενοδοχείου ή τον διευθύνοντα σύμβουλο της εταιρείας σχετικά με την οικονομική διαχείριση του ξενοδοχείου
- Καθορισμός και εφαρμογή πολιτικών ελέγχου σύμφωνα με την εταιρική πολιτική
- Να προετοιμάζει και να υποβάλλει εγκαίρως management reports και επίσης να διασφαλίζει τις προθεσμίες παράδοσης
- Να εφαρμόζει αποτελεσματικά όλες τις πολιτικές και διαδικασίες του λογιστηρίου
- Να διασφαλίζει ένα ισχυρό περιβάλλον λογιστικού και επιχειρησιακού ελέγχου με στόχο την προστασία των περιουσιακών στοιχείων του ξενοδοχείου
- Να υποστηρίζει προληπτικά τις απαιτούμενες δραστηριότητες
