a Financial Controller
to strengthen its financial team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in budgeting, forecasting, economic analysis, and ensuring compliance with regulations while providing strategic support to the senior management team.

Key Responsibilities


• Prepare and present financial reports (monthly, quarterly, and annual).


• Develop and monitor budgets and financial forecasts.


• Ensure compliance with tax, accounting, and regulatory requirements.


• Supervise the accounting team and strengthen internal controls.


• Manage cash flows and identify investment opportunities.


• Collaborate with external partners (auditors, banks) and manage audits.


• Analyze financial data and support strategic decision-making.

Required Qualifications


• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field


• MBA or MSc in Finance or ACCA/CFA will be considered a strong asset [


• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role or the financial services industry, ideally within Renewable Energy or related industries.


• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations (e.g., IFRS, GAAP).


• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, ERP systems) and advanced Excel & financial modeling skills.


• Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and effective time management.


• Leadership and team collaboration skills.
