Financial Controller & Analyst

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret financial and accounting data to support reporting and decision-making
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports, performance metrics (KPIs), and trend analyses
  • Support the creation of presentations with financial insights for internal use
  • Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual P&L statements
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure data accuracy and effective information flow.
  • Analyze actual results in comparison with forecasts and prior years
  • Support and perform budgeting and forecast processes
  • Prepare ad-hoc financial reports to support senior management decision-making

Required Qualifications

  • University degree in Finance (Master's degree will be an asset)
  • 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis and reporting roles, preferably within a multinational organization
  • Excellent use of MS Office
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and procedures, (IFRS knowledge considered a plus)

  • Possess high analytical, organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage complex data requests, attention to detail and high accuracy
  • Ability to work independently, as well as in a team
  • Ability to prioritize requirements/tasks and to work under pressure
