Η ΣΟΛ Crowe, για λογαριασμό πελάτη της με ηγετική θέση στο χώρο των τηλεπικοινωνιών, αναζητά έμπειρο και δυναμικό στέλεχος για την κάλυψη της θέσης του/της Financial Controller.

Τι θα κάνεις ως Financial Controller:

  • Πραγματοποίηση οικονομικών προβλέψεων, αναφορών και παρακολούθηση μηνιαίου και ετήσιου reporting οικονομικών αποτελεσμάτων
  • Παρακολούθηση και ανάλυση οικονομικών δεδομένων και τεκμηρίωση συμπερασμάτων για υποστήριξη διοικητικών αποφάσεων (managerial accounting)
  • Συνεργασία με τη λογιστική ομάδα για την διασφάλιση της ακρίβειας των οικονομικών αναφορών
  • Αξιολόγηση της οικονομικής απόδοσης συγκρίνοντας και αναλύοντας τα πραγματικά αποτελέσματα με σχέδια και προβλέψεις
  • Παροχή ανάλυσης τάσεων και προβλέψεων και προτάσεις ενεργειών βελτιστοποίησης
  • Συμμετοχή στην προετοιμασία μηνιαίων και ετήσιων οικονομικών εκθέσεων προς τη διοίκηση
  • Διαμόρφωση reporting σχετικά με την μισθοδοσία των επιχειρησιακών τμημάτων (business units) της εταιρείας
  • Σύνταξη τακτικών και ad hoc αναφορών προς ενδιαφερόμενα μέρη (stakeholders)
  • Συνεργασία με θεσμικούς φορείς ή/και προμηθευτές (πχ. Τράπεζες) και διατήρηση ενός πλαισίου ουσιαστικής συνεργασίας και επικοινωνίας
  • Προετοιμασία παρουσιάσεων οικονομικού περιεχομένου και εκθέσεων παραδοτέων προς τις Τράπεζες
  • Διευθέτηση των εργασιών του τομέα ευθύνης του/της, τηρώντας προθεσμίες και χρονοδιαγράμματα

Requirements

Είσαι ο/η κατάλληλος/η υποψήφιος/α αν έχεις:

  • Προϋπηρεσία: Εμπειρία 8 -10 χρόνια σε οικονομική διεύθυνση, με 5 τουλάχιστον έτη σε αντίστοιχη θέση
  • Υψηλή επάρκεια σε τεχνικές χρηματοοικονομικής μοντελοποίησης,  auditing και Business reporting
  • Γνώση μισθοδοσίας για τις ανάγκες διαμόρφωσης payroll reporting   
  • Πτυχίο:  Πτυχίο πανεπιστημίου σε Οικονομικά, Χρηματοοικονομικά, Στατιστική, Διοίκηση Επιχειρήσεων ή άλλο σχετικό αντικείμενο. Μεταπτυχιακός τίτλος, ή πιστοποίηση σχετική με το αντικείμενο θα αποτελέσει πρόσθετο προσόν
  • Ξένες γλώσσες: Άριστη γνώση της Αγγλικής γλώσσας
  • Η/Υ: Άριστη γνώση MS Office με προχωρημένη γνώση Excel και λογισμικού χρηματοοικονομικής διαχείρισης
  • Δεξιότητες: Ισχυρή αναλυτική και συνθετική ικανότητα, , Εμπειρία συνεργασίας και παρουσίασης αναφορών σε ανώτερα στελέχη, Ικανότητα προγραμματισμού και οργάνωσης εργασιών
