A leading consumer finance company: Financial Controller

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the preparation of the budget & Business Plans
  • Responsible for analyzing the monthly results
  • Responsible for the monthly financial forecasts
  • Responsible for the preparation and the timely submission of all monthly group reporting
  • Responsible on the accurate estimation of the annual results, analysis deviation with Budget and reporting on time any deviation to the management
  • Responsible for Opex Budget and ensure that all expenses are according to the Budget
  • Support month-end and year-end closing
  • Forecasting kye group targets
  • Evaluate & estimate the profitability based on the commercial policy
  • Support the business with ad hoc financial reports and other special projects
  • Liaise effectively with internal partners and external clients (Headquarters, Dealers, Financial Auditors)

Requirements

  • BSc in Accounting Business Administration or Economics
  • At least 7 years of working experience in the field of Finance and specifically on the controlling area
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office and especially MS Excel & Power PI
  • Very Good knowledge of Greek and English language
  • Experience on Banking or Leasing will be additionally appreciated
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Excellent analytical skills and critical thinking
  • Ability to prioritize well, attention to detail, multi-task and meet deadlines
