As a seasoned IT Business Analyst, you will be tasked with working in a multinational environment on diverse projects, supporting our core business in large-scale Information Systems. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to analyze and design complex systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Requirements Analysis: Analyze and document business requirements to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • System Design: Collaborate with the development team to design and develop complex system architectures.
  • User Story Development: Create clear and concise user stories to guide the development process.
  • Prototyping: Develop prototype solutions to test and validate business hypotheses.

Required Skills and Qualifications">

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 3+ years of experience in analysis and design of large information systems.
  • STEM degree (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics).
  • Excellent knowledge in Business Process Analysis, Design, and Integration.
  • Proven experience in structured or agile software development methodologies.
  • Good knowledge of Functional/Non-Functional Requirements Analysis.
  • UML and Use Case analysis.
  • Very good knowledge of data analysis and data modeling.
  • Good knowledge of XML/XSD technologies.
  • Ability to draft technical documentation.
