We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Business Analyst to join our team.


This is a challenging opportunity for a seasoned professional to lead the design and delivery of cutting-edge analytical solutions that support clients' decision-making processes across the entire customer lifecycle.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Gaining a thorough understanding of business issues and regulatory requirements through close collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Designing methodological solutions to solve complex business problems by describing expected business benefits.
  • Developing advanced analytical models using relevant techniques, ensuring quality of deliverables and meeting project timelines.
  • Managing solution delivery and engagement of all relevant internal and external stakeholders.
  • Providing input on the development or enhancement of analytical and decision-making solutions.
  • Supporting sales and client interaction.
  • Coaching junior members of the team.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in quantitative disciplines such as Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Finance (quantitative). A PhD degree in a quantitative field is considered an asset.
  • A minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in statistical modeling and risk analysis in a professional setting.
