What we are looking for

As a Digital Analytics & Tracking Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring accurate and reliable data collection that supports Novibet's business decisions. You will be responsible for the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of our tracking infrastructure across platforms, using Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.

What you will work on

• Configure, maintain, and optimize Google Analytics (GA4) for accurate measurement of website and app user behavior
• Design and implement tracking solutions via Google Tag Manager to capture key user interactions and business KPIs
• Monitor website traffic, user behavior, and other relevant metrics
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather reporting requirements and create customized dashboards and reports to support decision-making
• Generate regular reports and analyses based on the needs of different departments, providing meaningful insights
• Troubleshoot and resolve tracking issues to ensure data quality and accuracy
• Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in the user journey
• Perform quality assurance (QA) on implemented tracking to verify proper data collection across platforms
• Implement, test, and troubleshoot tags, triggers, and variables for accurate data tracking
• Stay updated on best practices and new capabilities in Google Analytics and Tag Manager

What you bring

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Digital Analytics Specialist, Tracking Specialist, or similar role
• Hands-on experience with GA4
• Solid expertise in Google Tag Manager and event-based tracking implementations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience in troubleshooting and validating tracking implementations
• Google Analytics Certification is preferred
• Familiarity with debugging tools (e.g. Google Tag Assistant, Chrome DevTools)
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau)
• Experience with server-side tagging is a plus
