Job Overview:

The successful candidate will handle inquiries via phone, chat, email, and social media, assisting customers with account, payment, and technical concerns. Your mission is to ensure a seamless and positive experience for every client.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality support through multiple channels (phone, chat, email, and social media)
  • Guide users through account setup, login issues, payment concerns, and technical questions
  • Serve as a dependable contact, especially for customer needs related to sports
  • Respond to client feedback with empathy and professionalism
  • Communicate clearly and effectively to foster trust and customer loyalty
  • Adhere to quality service standards
  • Share feedback and ideas to help improve customer satisfaction and support efficiency

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Dutch (C2 level)
  • Fluent in English (B2 level)
  • EU Citizenship or Greek Residency Card
  • 0-1 year of experience in customer support
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
  • Eagerness to learn and grow
