As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing friendly and efficient support through various channels. Your responsibilities will include assisting with account-related queries, resolving payment issues, and basic technical troubleshooting.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service across multiple channels (phone, email, chat, social media)
- Support users with account setup, login issues, payment concerns, and general troubleshooting
- Act as a dependable and understanding liaison, particularly for customers in the sports industry
- Address inquiries with professionalism, empathy, and a solution-driven mindset
- Foster strong customer relationships through effective, compassionate communication
- Follow internal guidelines to ensure consistent, high-quality service
- Offer feedback and suggestions to enhance customer support processes and user satisfaction
Requirements:
- Fluent in Dutch (C2 level)
- Fluent in English (B2 level)
- EU Citizenship or Greek Residency Card
- 0-1 year of experience in customer support
- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
- Eagerness to learn and grow
