Your responsibilities will include assisting with account-related queries, resolving payment issues, and basic technical troubleshooting.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver outstanding customer service across multiple channels (phone, email, chat, social media)
  • Support users with account setup, login issues, payment concerns, and general troubleshooting
  • Act as a dependable and understanding liaison, particularly for customers in the sports industry
  • Address inquiries with professionalism, empathy, and a solution-driven mindset
  • Foster strong customer relationships through effective, compassionate communication
  • Follow internal guidelines to ensure consistent, high-quality service
  • Offer feedback and suggestions to enhance customer support processes and user satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Dutch (C2 level)
  • Fluent in English (B2 level)
  • EU Citizenship or Greek Residency Card
  • 0-1 year of experience in customer support
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
  • Eagerness to learn and grow
