The role of a Travel Agent involves being the primary point of contact for clients during the booking process. A strong communication skill and attention to detail are required to deliver a seamless, personalized service to every customer.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist customers in selecting and reserving rental cars that best suit their travel needs.
- Offer tailored advice on vehicle options, packages, and additional services.
- Engage with clients through phone, email, and chat with a friendly, professional approach.
- Manage booking changes, cancellations, and address any concerns.
- Stay updated on rental policies, special offers, and industry trends to support clients effectively.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and reservations to ensure top-quality service.
- Proficiency in Croatian (C2 level).
- Proficiency in English (B2 level).
- EU Citizenship or a Greek residency card.
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience, ideally in call centers or support roles.
- Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage tasks remotely.
