Location: Sofia, Bulgaria (On-site)

Role Type: Full-time
Schedule: Rotational 8-hour shifts (00:00-00:00), Monday-Sunday
Training: 4 weeks, on-site

What Youll Do:

• Review reported content (text, video, images) in line with platform policies
• Identify and escalate sensitive or complex cases as needed
• Uphold safety and compliance standards while ensuring user trust
• Maintain accuracy and attention to detail under high volumes
• Use internal tools and systems to track moderation activity and decisions
• Collaborate with your team to meet quality and performance targets
