Key Responsibilities:

  • Guide users through account setup, login issues, payment concerns, and technical questions
  • Serve as a dependable contact, especially for customer needs

  • Communicate clearly and effectively to foster trust and customer loyalty
  • Adhere to procedures and maintain quality service standards

Requirements:
  • Fluent in Dutch (C2 level)
  • Fluent in English (B2 level)
  • EU Citizenship or Greek Residency Card
  • 0-1 year of experience in customer support
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
  • Eagerness to learn and grow
