Nordic Speaking Customer Service Representative

As a key member of our customer support team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to provide timely and effective support via phone, email, and chat, ensuring that customers have a seamless experience on our platform.
You will work closely with clients to address inquiries, troubleshoot technical issues, and resolve complaints. Additionally, you will educate customers about product features and guides to enhance their user experience.
To ensure the highest level of service quality, you will document customer interactions and maintain updated records for continuous improvement.
Collaborating with your team members, you will streamline processes and contribute to the overall success of our marketplace.
Required Skills & Qualifications- Fluency in a Nordic language (Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, or Finnish)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in customer service or support roles is advantageous
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Comfortable working with online platforms and technology
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment
