We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our Music Streaming Platform Department.

  • Provide exceptional support to customers via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries about streaming services, account issues, and payment-related questions.
  • Resolve customer complaints effectively to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
  • Educate users on platform features and help optimize their experience.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Fluency in Italian (both spoken and written).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous experience in customer service or support roles is a plus.
  • A passion for music and familiarity with streaming platforms is desirable.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Experience with customer service software is an advantage.
