  • Follow internal guidelines to ensure consistent, high-quality service.
  • Offer feedback and suggestions to enhance customer support processes and user satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in French (C2 level)
  • Fluent in English (B2 level)
  • EU Citizenship or Greek Residency Card
  • 0-1 year of experience in customer support
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
  • Eagerness to learn and grow
