We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Expert for Cloud Platform.
Job Description:The successful candidate will be responsible for providing 24/7 help-desk support to users, assisting with their inquiries and technical issues via phone and email. This role requires excellent communication skills in German and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
