As a Product Designer at our organization, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create user-centered designs that meet the needs of our clients.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • User Research and Strategy: Conduct user research, analyze data, and develop insights to inform design decisions.
  • UI Design: Create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces that meet accessibility standards.
  • Collaboration & Impact: Partner with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the design process.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Design, or a related field.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in UX or UI Design roles.
    • Proven experience working on complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
    • Able to take ownership and initiative while maintaining high collaboration standards.
  • Skills:
    • Strong understanding of UCD principles, information architecture, interaction design, and HCI foundations.
    • Familiarity with design software, including AI-assisted tools.
    • Ability to design with accessibility standards in mind.
