This role involves designing and developing innovative energy efficiency products and services for businesses and consumers.

The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, experience in the energy or technology sector, and excellent communication skills in both English and Greek.

Responsibilities include:

  • Designing new energy efficiency products and services.
  • Managing projects and acting as the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Planning, coordinating, and overseeing all project activities end to end.
  • Developing business plans to grow the energy efficiency portfolio.
  • Defining requirements, overseeing QA and UAT processes, and evaluating results.
  • Preparing technical specifications, engineering calculations, and cost estimates.
  • Supporting contract management and proposing beneficial terms and conditions.
  • Conducting on-site visits when necessary to monitor and evaluate project progress.
  • Training key users upon launch of new products or services.
  • Monitoring market trends and identifying opportunities in the energy sector.
  • Preparing regulatory reports related to energy efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Engineering, Economics, or a related field. A Master's degree is considered an asset.
  • At least 2 years of full cycle professional experience in the energy or technology sector, building and launching energy efficiency innovative services.
  • Prior experience in project management or IoT industry is a plus; familiarity with AI is considered an asset.
  • Strong project management skills, with solid problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills in both Greek and English.
