The ideal candidate will contribute by having key account management skills, establishing strategic plans and strategies, and driving continued investment of our products on existing and new accounts across in Greece and abroad. You should also have the ability to acquire in-depth knowledge of a client's business, identifying challenges and opportunities as well as how to position solutions to address those needs.
Key responsibilities include:
- Identifying potential business opportunities and developing effective account plans to ensure revenue target delivery and sustainable growth.
- Actively understanding each account's technology footprint, strategic growth plans, technology strategy and competitive landscape.
- Negotiating with clients to achieve desired results and meet their needs.
- Maintaining excellent understanding of your client's business and needs.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, serving as their primary point of contact for all business-related matters.
- Identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts to maximize revenue generation.
Requirements for this role include:
- 5+ years of successful enterprise software solution sales experience.
- Proven experience selling complex software or platforms and/or business development.
- Strong understanding of Financial Services industry, Telcos, Insurance, Energy and/or O&G sectors.
- You are fluent in English.
- Proven track record of accomplishments and over-achievement of targets selling to C-Level suite.
- Ability to build both internal and external relationships up to C-level.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, strong interpersonal and influencing skills.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Frequent travel to clients in the Balkans may be required.
