Job Summary:
French speaking experts are required to provide technical support to Microsoft business customers.

About the Role:
  • Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting services to clients.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Maintain effective communication with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer customer queries and troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Collaborate with customers to resolve their problems.
  • Keep customers updated on resolution status through written and verbal communication.
  • Log cases in internal systems and stay up-to-date with Microsoft products and services.
  • Respond to customer inquiries received via various channels.
  • Offer complex technical assistance to customers.
  • Investigate issue root causes, provide solutions, and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Fluency in French.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and soft skills.
  • Solid Science, Math, Engineering, or Computer Science background.
  • 2-3 years of helpdesk or system administration experience.
  • Microsoft Office product expertise.
  • B2B/B2C client support experience.
  • Active listening skills and strategic questioning abilities.
  • Technical knowledge: Windows Operating Systems, networking, Microsoft productivity suite, Directory Services, Active Directory.
