French Cloud Support Specialist Role Overview:

This role is an exciting opportunity to provide top-notch technical assistance and support for French-speaking users of a leading cloud platform. As a key member of our Customer Experts team, you will be instrumental in helping clients navigate the platform and resolving any technical issues they may encounter.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in French. They should also have good technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, as well as a strong background in technology trends. Experience in customer service is a plus, but not essential.
