Responsibilities:
  • Communicate effectively with customers via phone, chat, and email
  • Track and follow cases to ensure timely closure
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction by representing a major brand
  • Provide troubleshooting for mobile devices (mobile phones, tablets, etc.)
  • Assist customers with account management and password security
  • Educate customers on product features and benefits
  • Escalate unresolved cases by contacting second-level support

Requirements:
  • Fluency in French
  • Advanced English knowledge
  • Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS or comparable technology
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Prior customer support experience an asset
