We are seeking a motivated individual who is passionate about technology and fluent in French. As a customer expert with our top tech leader, you will work from Greece, connecting customers with the world's top brands.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively with customers via phone, chat, and email
- Track and follow cases to ensure timely closure
- Maintain high customer satisfaction by representing a major brand
- Provide troubleshooting for mobile devices (mobile phones, tablets, etc.)
- Assist customers with account management and password security
- Educate customers on product features and benefits
- Escalate unresolved cases by contacting second-level support
Requirements:
- Fluency in French
- Advanced English knowledge
- Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS or comparable technology
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Prior customer support experience an asset
