French Language Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled French language support specialist to join our remote team.

As a customer support representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service in French via phone, email, and chat.

You will troubleshoot customer issues efficiently and accurately, collaborate with internal teams to resolve inquiries, and ensure customer satisfaction and maintain company standards.

To succeed in this role, you must have excellent written and verbal communication skills in French, good problem-solving and multitasking skills, and be comfortable working remotely and independently.

A plus would be previous customer support experience, but it is not required.
