We are seeking an accounting professional to join our finance team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for preparing and issuing customer invoices accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities

· Prepare and issue customer invoices with attention to detail and accuracy

· Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding invoices in a timely manner

· Assist in the reconciliation of client accounts and bank statements to ensure financial accuracy

· Maintain proper records of invoicing, receipts, and relevant documents for easy access

· Collaborate with internal teams to resolve invoice discrepancies and improve processes

· Support month-end and year-end closing procedures to ensure accurate financial reporting

· Assist in VAT and other tax filings in cooperation with senior accountants

· Ensure compliance with Greek accounting regulations and company policies

Requirements

· Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field

· 0–2 years of accounting experience with a focus on invoicing

· Basic knowledge of Greek GAAP is a plus

· Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software

· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

· Good command of English and Greek (written and verbal)

· Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

· Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
