Finance Leader Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned finance professional to lead our financial governance efforts. As Finance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial integrity of our operations and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure accuracy and reliability in financial reporting.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Lead external and internal audits, driving resolution of findings and implementing corrective actions.
  • Foster open communication across teams to promote a collaborative work culture.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
  • Class A Accountant Certification and 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Greek Accounting Standards, IFRS, and generally accepted accounting principles.
  • Experience in financial reporting with knowledge of SAP as a plus.
  • Detailed analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Native fluency in Greek and strong proficiency in English (written and spoken).
