Accounting Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced accounting professional to join our finance team. As an Accounting Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the business growth and finance department by processing transactions, updating ledgers, budgets, and other relevant documents.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Monitoring and documenting financial transactions;
  • Updating and maintaining our accounting database with data entry and reports;
  • Processing transactions, issuing checks, and updating ledgers, budgets, and all relevant documents;
  • Assisting with audits, fact-checks, and resolving discrepancies;
  • Communicating with internal stakeholders and external partners as needed;
  • Drafting and preparing reports.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance;
  • 1-2 years of financial accounting experience, preferably in the technology and service industries;
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office software;
  • Good command of the German language (current level B1);
  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems;
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English;
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills;
  • A willingness for self-development and excellence.
