We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Business Controller to join our dynamic Finance team. This role involves driving financial performance and strategic decision-making through meticulous reconciliation of revenues and costs, ensuring financial accuracy and integrity.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, or a relevant quantitative discipline, with at least 5 years of experience in managing, scrutinizing, and leveraging large volumes of business data.

Responsibilities include:

  • Strategic Performance Monitoring: Analyze and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), revenue streams, and cost structures to provide actionable insights and ensure financial health.
  • Data-Driven Financial Assurance: Provide essential support to the Finance department by conducting data-based assessments of critical revenue streams, meticulously analyzing large datasets to ensure accurate reporting of revenues and costs.
  • Global Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with our Business Control teams across Athens, Sweden, and Canada, fostering strong partnerships and aligning on best practices.
  • Process Optimization & Controls: Lead the analysis, control, and continuous optimization of business processes, introducing robust controls and identifying opportunities for efficiency gains, reporting insights to internal stakeholders.

Candidate Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, or a relevant quantitative discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of dedicated experience in roles that heavily involved managing, scrutinizing, and leveraging large volumes of business data.
  • Robust analytical capabilities and outstanding communication skills.
  • Proven ability to quickly adapt to evolving business needs and successfully execute projects with various stakeholders.
  • Mastery of Microsoft Excel and excellent professional level of English language proficiency.
