Senior UX Designer Position

We are seeking an experienced Senior UX Designer to lead our user experience research initiatives and shape the strategy and structure of our digital products.

This role requires strong expertise in UX Research and User-Centered Design. You will contribute to the development of our digital solutions, collaborating closely with product designers, product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to ensure that our products meet real user needs.

  1. You will design and develop intuitive wireframes, mockups, and prototypes based on research insights and usability principles.
  2. Conduct UX research using methods such as interviews, field studies, usability tests, surveys, and behavioral analytics.
  3. Synthesize findings into actionable insights that influence product decisions.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align design solutions with user and business goals.
  5. Promote a user-centered, insight-driven culture across the organization.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • 5+ years in UX roles with a strong focus on user research.
  • Proficiency in UX design processes including wireframing, journey mapping, interaction flows, and usability heuristics.
  • Solid understanding of design systems, reusable UI components, and accessibility-focused, inclusive design.
  • Deep knowledge of qualitative and quantitative UX research methodologies.
  • Familiarity with prototyping and design tools such as Figma or similar platforms.
