  • Lead Integration Journeys: Coordinate with cross-functional teams (marketing, IT, operations) to ensure successful partner onboarding and customer-centric experiences.">
  • Shape the Product Vision: Translate strategic goals into product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.">
  • Optimize What Matters: Monitor performance, gather feedback, and continuously enhance product usability and value.">

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Technology, or Digital fields.">
  • Experience in product management, digital business development, or partnership enablement—preferably in insurance, banking, or fintech.">
  • Digital Fluency: A strong understanding of how digital products connect across ecosystems. Experience working with technical teams on integration projects is a plus.">
  • Collaborative Spirit: You're a natural connector—able to bridge the gap between business and technology, internal teams and external partners.">
