Marketing Manager Job DescriptionThis is a senior marketing role for a resort seeking to elevate its brand presence. The ideal candidate will have experience in hospitality management, digital marketing, and social media management.Responsibilities:- Develop and implement the hotel's annual marketing plan
- Plan, execute, and consult on the consistent application of the brand across all marketing, communication, and media
- Contribute to the development of the brand identity of new properties or services
- Liaise with local and international teams to ensure compliance with global brand policies and guidelines
- Generate digital content for print, social media, and digital use
- Manage website development and update content regularly
- Design and execute local and international media plans
- Collaborate with revenue, guest relations, F&B, and HR departments on all marketing-related activities
- Manage photo and video shootings and ensure approved assets are shared with stakeholders
- Maintain a digital asset library with current, approved brand materials
- Review and monitor the MKG budget monthlyRequired Skills and Qualifications:- 5+ years' experience in hospitality management, including 3 years in a marketing and commerce role
- Degree/diploma in Hospitality Management, International Relations, or Marketing, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Prior experience with digital marketing, social media management, working in luxury lifestyle sector, and/or hospitality would be desired
- Ability to prioritize and work on several projects simultaneously
- Strong communication and listening skills and excellent speaking, reading, and writing ability
- Strong command of software applications, especially Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and hotel-specific platforms
