Job Opportunity:

E-commerce Professional

The role involves optimizing pricing strategies, forecasting demand and maximizing revenue opportunities across multiple properties.

This position requires a deep understanding of market trends, competition analysis and effective distribution channel management to drive profitability.

  • Assist in managing websites, ensuring content is up-to-date, engaging and optimized for SEO.
  • Collaborate on guest loyalty programs and online engagement initiatives.
  • Monitor digital marketing performance metrics and provide actionable insights.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations to enhance online revenue and guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
  • Hold a degree from an accredited university in a relevant field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years' experience in revenue management and hotel e-commerce, preferably in the luxury sector.
  • Proven knowledge of WebHotelier, PrimalRes, and OTA platforms.
  • Desirable: experience in hospitality and proficiency in digital marketing tools.
  • Excellent communication skills for guest interactions and team collaboration.
