The Deposits & Payments Product Lead at Snappi oversees product development and execution to drive the bank's digital offerings. This role is responsible for developing and managing innovative digital banking products on Deposits & Payments that cater to the evolving needs of Snappi's customers. The Deposits & Payments Product Lead will lead cross-functional teams in bringing products to market, ensuring alignment with the bank's strategic objectives and regulatory compliance.

• Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive insights to drive product Deposits & Payments innovation and differentiation
• Oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery and market readiness
• Prioritize Deposits & Payments product features and enhancements based on customer feedback, business goals, and technical feasibility
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, marketing, compliance, risk, external vendors and other key stakeholders to deliver high-quality products
• Make data-driven decisions to optimize the product mix and enhance customer satisfaction
• Ensure that all products comply with relevant regulations and internal policies
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with the product development process
• Monitor Deposits & Payments product performance metrics and user feedback to continuously improve product offerings
• Develop pricing strategies to optimize revenue and recommend to the respective Committees according to Bank's strategic objectives
• Monitor Product Deposits & Payments revenue and revenue growth
• Act as the primary point of contact for Deposits & Payments to the senior management, providing regular updates on product performance and strategic direction
• Build and maintain relationships with external partners, vendors, and regulatory bodies
• Foster a culture of collaboration and communication within the bank.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Masters or MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred
• 10+ years of experience in product management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within a digital banking or fintech environment
• Proven track record of successfully launching and managing digital products, particularly in financial services
• Strong understanding of digital banking trends, Deposits & Payments, customer needs, and regulatory requirements
• Exceptional team management skills with a focus on collaboration and results
• Strategic thinking with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire stakeholders at all levels, with strong English proficiency
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with data-driven decision-making.
