The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager to join our team, focusing on customer-facing solutions. In this role, you will drive the development and management of innovative payment solutions, ensuring exceptional customer experiences while aligning with business goals and regulatory requirements. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of digital payments within a fast-growing Electronic Money Institution (EMI).

• Product Strategy & Development
  • Define and execute the product roadmap for customer-facing features, including onboarding, KYC, merchant dashboard, integration with internal tools like Salesforce, reporting tools, etc.
  • Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive insights to drive product innovation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Operations (KYC), AML, Compliance, etc.) to design, build, and launch new features and products
• Customer-Centric Solutions
  • Ensure products deliver seamless, secure, and user-friendly experiences
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to optimize functionalities and services
  • Monitor product performance metrics and suggest improvements
• Project Management
  • Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and post-launch monitoring
  • Prioritize initiatives based on business value, feasibility, and strategic alignment
  • Work with technical teams to ensure timely delivery of product features
• Compliance & Risk Management
  • Ensure customer-facing features adhere to EMI regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with Compliance and Legal teams to address any risks related to product deployment
• Stakeholder Communication
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer-facing products
  • Clearly communicate product plans, progress, and outcomes to internal and external stakeholders

What will you need to succeed:

• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field; a Master's degree or MBA is considered a plus
• A proven track record of at least 5 years in product management, preferably in a fintech, payments, or banking environment
• Experience with the payment ecosystem, specifically KYC and customer-facing products
• Familiarity with EMIs and the regulatory environment for financial products
• Proficiency in using product management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello)
• Fluency in English
• Strong time management skills
• Good communication skills and the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• A customer-focused mindset with a passion for fintech innovation
