Customer Service Representative

Volton Hellenic Energy SA is a Greek company that is dynamically active and is rapidly increasing its capacity in the field of Electricity Supply and Trading, in the Gas Energy Sector and in the field of Telecommunications.
The company aims to build solid and trustful relationships with its customers by offering reliable services that meet the ever-growing energy needs of businesses and households.
As part of its development, Volton strengthens its human resources in Athens and seeks for a representative who will be part of the Back Office team in the Contact Center department.
The successful candidate will report directly to the Back Office Team Leader.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers, reviewing history, and handling customer requests at the 2nd level
- Review and monitor pending customer requests assigned to the 3rd level to ensure agreed SLAs are met
- Provide updates to customers regarding the progress of their pending requests
- Make outbound communications during service activation or non-delivery of paper invoices
- 1-2 years of previous experience in a customer service team
- Previous working experience at Telco and/or Energy industry
- Experienced user of CRM software and other customer support tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Fluency in English, both oral and written
- Team spirit, organized, consistent, analytical thinking, and attention to detail
- Flexible on working in shifts, depending on business needs
- Fulfilled military obligations for male candidates
