Job Description:
Candidate Profile:
- Fluent Polish speaker
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Exceptional problem-solving skills
- Solid background in Computer Science or IT engineering
- 2-3 years' experience in helpdesk or system administration
- Answer Microsoft Business Customers' inquiries and troubleshoot technical issues
- Log cases on internal systems and maintain up-to-date knowledge of Microsoft products and services
- Provide complex technical assistance and drive program efficiency across multiple billing platforms
- Maintain solid business relationships through effective communication and issue resolution
- Experience with Microsoft Office products required
- Strong active listening skills and ability to ask strategic questions
- Acknowledged certifications like MCSE or Cisco considered as an advantage
