Service Delivery Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced professional to supervise and assist our housekeeping team in cleaning and maintaining properties. The ideal candidate will ensure our properties meet high cleanliness and quality standards.

  • Cleaning and Maintenance:
  • Supervise and support the housekeeping team in their daily tasks.
  • Assist in cleaning when necessary to maintain smooth operations.

Maintaining Standards:

  • Ensure all properties meet our cleanliness and quality standards.
  • Monitor and address any issues that may arise.

Liaising with Guests:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for guests, ensuring excellent customer service from initial reservation to check-out.
  • Respond to guest communications in a timely and efficient manner.

Administrative Tasks:

  • Create and maintain accurate reservation records.
  • Process reservations, cancellations, and modifications efficiently.
  • Prepare lists of expected arrivals and track future room availability.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
  • University degree in Hospitality or Tourism Management is desirable.
  • Fluent English language skills, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent customer service skills and proficiency in MS office.
  • EU driver's license is required.
