Ως Quality and Training Manager οι αρμοδιότητες που θα αναλάβεις είναι:
- H ανάπτυξη και εφαρμογή στρατηγικών ποιότητας και εκπαίδευσης για το τηλεφωνικό κέντρο.
- Η αξιολογήσεων και ο έλεγχος της ποιότητα των υπηρεσιών των εκπροσώπων.
- Η παροχή coaching για τη βελτίωση της απόδοσης του προσωπικού.
- Η δημιουργία και παρακολούθηση εκπαιδευτικών προγραμμάτων.
**Εαν Έχεις**:
- Πτυχίο ΑΕΙ / ΤΕΙ
- Καλή γνώση την Αγγλικής Γλώσσας
- Εξαιρετική γνώση MS OFFICE
- Πιστοποίηση Εκπαιδευτή (Επιθυμητά)
- Άριστη επαγγελματική συμπεριφορά
- Επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες
