Warehouse Management Opportunity

Demonstrate your expertise as a skilled Warehouse Manager by overseeing the efficient operation of our warehouse facilities. Ensure timely order fulfillment, distribution, and customer satisfaction while maintaining high standards of health and safety, hygiene, and security.

Responsibilities:
  • Ensure efficient operation and inspection of warehouse facilities.
  • Adhere to project timelines and deadlines.
  • Analyze warehouse performance metrics (KPIs) such as order accuracy, on-time deliveries, and efficiency rates to drive continuous improvement.
  • Organize and conduct annual and periodic inventory counts.
  • Improve warehouse efficiency and effectiveness through initiative and best practices.
  • Manage and oversee storage of products in designated areas.
  • Lead, train, and coordinate the warehouse team from order receipt to delivery.
  • Implement and enforce quality and safety measures and procedures.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, suppliers, and transportation companies.
  • Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies promptly.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in similar role in industrial environment, with team management experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP 4HANA is a plus).
  • Strong leadership, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
