Spa Operations Director

We are currently looking for a highly skilled and motivated Spa Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the spa facility, including customer service, scheduling, and employee management.

The Spa Manager at our resort is responsible for ensuring high standards in guest satisfaction and spa services. This role combines management skills with a passion for wellness and hospitality to create a rejuvenating experience for guests.

• Maintain and implement quality standards for the spa
• Create action plans to achieve desirable revenues
• Set professional standards and lead by example
• Motivate and train staff, maintaining the correct level of qualified personnel
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene
• Produce financial reports
• Organize marketing and sales plans for the spa

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A bachelor's degree
• At least 3 years' experience in a similar position
• Specialized training on spa treatments
• Excellent background in training and staff development
• Fluent English language skills
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows
